Exciting news comes in the form of a new member of the Janes family! Geoff and Jill are expecting a baby on May 12th, 2009. We were lucky enough to have an early ultrasound, where we were able to see and hear the heartbeat!
Jill and I have lovingly nicknamed Baby Janes “TJ”, short for “Tiny Janes”. We still have not firmly decided whether or not we want to find out if TJ is a boy or a girl, but we don’t have to make up our minds about that for several more months.
The doctor gave us some print-outs of the ultrasound we got on the 24th, and after our 10-week appointment last week we were given the good news to tell our friends and family. Below are the ultrasound pictures the doctor provided. They were ultrasounds from 7 weeks, so at that time TJ wasn’t much more than a blob inside the sack.
